“ This location is the best. They have plenty of items to choose from, including food. The kiosk to order always works, and from what I noticed, they are always working. There are two self order kiosks. There is also the cashier who can help as well. Ordering on the kiosk is easy. You can customize your drinks however you like and can see how much it cost. That is definitely a plus if you want to watch what milk, sugar level, and ice level you get. The employees there are always nice. As for how long it took, it took probably five to ten minutes. Note that this is one of the busiest locations, so wait time will vary. There is parking but it is shared with the other restaurants there. Yes, they do have restrooms, but for customers only, I think. The location was clean when I went and it wasn't crowded. There is plenty of space. I would recommend coming here if you are in the area. ”

“ I just tried my very first Dubai chocolate...boba drink! Real pistachio bits, crunchy katafi flakes, and a hard-top chocolate shell. This slapped SO hard. This drink is only available at this location on Vermont in LA. It's Boba Time is like the OG of all boba chains so I had to get some of my old favorites for the nostalgia. I remember when the hardest decision I had to make all day was if I should get the coconut strawberry or strawberry yogurt smoothie XD And the peach mango smoothie. “ Great boba place with amazing boba and cheesecake. Got a matcha boba which tastes actually matcha and not just sweet, and the boba has great texture and a nice bite to it. The cheesecake was delicious too. The place is great and clean, with enough seating area, and with helpful staff. Order is done via a kiosk and picked up at the counter which the staff really makes sure we heard our order. The parking is paid valet only though, but street parking is available. ”
